- The role focuses on delivering excellent customer experience while identifying sales opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone, email, social media, or in-person interactions.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and promotions.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Convert customer inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve customer experience.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related fields
- 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage customer interactions effectively.
- Good problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
